SIA APL Skypark, reg. No. 40203240993 Customer Internal Rules are designed to provide fun entertainment in a safe and friendly environment and are binding on all visitors of Apollo Skypark. Please read them and comply with them.
Internal rules of the APOLLO SKYPARK area:
1. Apollo Skypark is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to visitors' personal property.
2. All items forgotten or lost in the park will be stored for two weeks.
3. It is forbidden to enter with animals (except assistance dogs).
4. It is forbidden to bring in or consume food and drinks purchased outside the park area (except in the children's party areas).
5. It is forbidden to bring in cold weapons and firearms.
6. It is forbidden to disturb other visitors - to disrespect public order.
7. It is forbidden to break or otherwise damage Apollo Skypark property. Apollo Skypark has the right to claim full damages from the visitor.
8. It is forbidden to be under the influence of drugs or other psychotropic substances.
9. Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) is prohibited.
10. No rollerblading, roller-skating, cycling or other means of mobility (except wheelchairs).
11. Apollo Skypark has the right to refuse access to the park area to persons who are underdressed (e.g. in beachwear) and to persons with significant personal hygiene problems.
12. Apollo Skypark reserves the right to refuse entry to or exclude any visitor who fails to comply with these internal rules or who has attempted to defraud the company by failing to refund the value of the ticket.
13. In the event of a serious offence, Apollo Skypark has the right to detain the offender until the person is handed over to the police or the centre's security staff.
14. Apollo Skypark is under video surveillance for the safety of customers, employees and property.
15. Visitors to Apollo Skypark may be filmed and photographed for branding and brand awareness. By being in the Apollo Skypark area, visitors and/or their child's companions agree that videos and photographs may be taken for publication in public and social media environments, which may include visitors to the park. Internal rules of the SKYPARK amusement area:
1. Before visiting the Skypark attraction area, customers are obliged to purchase an entrance ticket and exchange it for a wristband at the ticket office.
2. Each visitor (from the age of 2 years) must have a valid wristband around their wrist when entering the Skypark attraction area and must keep it on for the duration of their visit.
3. Visitors to Skypark MUST wear rubber socks in the trampoline arena and play centre.
4. It is forbidden to be in the amusement area with bare feet.
5. Shoes and outerwear must be placed in the wardrobe in the designated area.
6. The Skypark attractions may only be used after reading the rules for each attraction
(each attraction has its own rules).
7. Please inform the park staff immediately if you notice a damaged attraction. It is forbidden to use damaged attractions.
8. Visitors are kindly requested to immediately notify a Skypark employee in case of an accident or injury to a visitor or any other dangerous situation.
9. Visitors to the Skypark must respect each other and behave considerately towards each other.
10. Skypark staff do not provide a babysitting service - children must be supervised by a parent or accompanying person during play and entertainment.
11. Children under the age of 7 must be under the constant supervision of a parent/guardian (according to the Children's Rights Protection Act this can be a person who is at least 13 years of age) when visiting Skypark.
12. Skypark visitors aged between 7 and 14 years are allowed to be in the attraction area without a parent or guardian present, provided that the parent or guardian completes and signs a consent form confirming that the parent/guardian and the child have read the Skypark rules. The form is available at the Skypark info desk.
13. Please take care of your personal belongings when visiting Skypark and use individual lockers for valuables. APL Skypark Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.
14. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Skypark attraction area, trampoline arena and play centre. Please use food and drinks only in designated areas.
15. Food and drinks purchased outside the Skypark are not allowed in the Skypark area (except in children's party areas).
16. The use of fire hazards and naked flames, such as candles, etc., is prohibited in the Skypark.
Please inform Apollo Skypark staff if you see persons violating the park's internal rules.
By being in the park area, the visitor acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to the internal rules.
Apollo Skypark reserves the right to amend these Customer Internal Rules at any time without prior notice.
